THE FINAL CHOICE
The bright color mixture is effective in uplifting the mood and alleviating depressing feeling. It also shifts the abhorred perception of rain many have into something fun and positive. Such bright tone would stand out amongst many of the dully-dressed workers in a gloomy day. Not only does this bring happiness to the wearer, but it is a spark the city, bringing light to those around.

GARMENT DESIGN
For Work
The garment needs to have a sense of formality.
Winter Wear
The garment has to be warm to withstand the cold weather.
Water Proof
Since the color changing effect is targeted to work through contact with water, the outer layer must be waterproof.
Hydrochromic Ink
The ink doesn't work well on some fabric creating poor coverage. Design should allow a gradual change rather than a complete reveal once in contact with water.
